Public Access to Police Reports not Available
At this time, public access to the police reports on dallaspolice.net is down. However, you can still view current calls, and access the 911 database. It is unfortunate as I do check the crime reports every day to keep you up to date. Plese continue your vigilance.

For anyone concerned about crime and has a car - it seems that thieves have figured out that if they break the window and don't shake the car that the alarm will almost certainly not go off. So they lean on the car with a nail and are in pretty quickly. Don't leave anything valuable in your car. This juts happened to someone I know, and even though it wasn't in Dallas, I'm sure it happens everywhere.
